Take a Rest is a little zine with a bunch of restful activities, divided by the sort of rest they provide--physical rest, social rest, emotional rest, and more! Originally intended as a list I can reference when I'm feeling down, I hope it's useful to you or inspires you to make a list with your own restful activities.

A plaintext version with image descriptions is included for those who use screenreaders or other accessibility tools!
